I’ve chosen Travis, the unknown new character in the story who seems to be greatly liked by many of the readers.  Travis is a loving son and brother, friend, activist and now, hero to young females in distress.  Let’s learn a bit more about him.

• What is your name?
  Travis Jonathan Richards.

• Do you know why you were named that?
  My mother wanted Travis.  My dad wanted Jonathan.  I guess my mother won…or my dad gave in.  I’m not sure which one.

• Single or taken?
  Single.  I’m happy being so for now.

• Stop being a Mary Sue!
  Hey not my fault!  My mom used to say with my blue eyes and blond hair, I would have girls lined up one day!  Blame the parents and their genetics.

• What’s your eye color?
  Darling blue, as my mother used to always call them.

• How about hair color? 
  Light blond.

• Have you any family members?
  My mother passed away due to illness some time ago.  I live with my father and little sister Callie.

• Oh, how about pets?
  We have two cute dogs that Callie mostly takes care of.   My dog Josie likes to sleep on my bed with me every night.

• That’s cool, I guess. Now tell me something you don’t like?
  Scumbags.  Evil guys who prey on girls.  Greedy corporations.

• Do you have any activities/hobbies that you like to do?
  Martial arts baby!  
  And rocks.  Petrology is my career goal.

• Have you ever hurt anyone in any way before?
  Does martial arts count?  Then yes.  I also had an incident…but I don’t want to get into that, if you don’t mind.

• Ever… killed anyone before?
  What kind of question is that?  And what kind of company are you keeping?

• What kind of animal are you?
  I’m ..A..Sim?  Wait!  Are you an animal?  No seriously!  I don’t identify with animals and I don’t know how any sim could.  I like all kinds of animals though.  For a while I thought I would be a marine biologist.  But then, I had an incident with a shark, which changed my mind quite quickly.

• Name your worst weaknesses.
  My inability to say no when I really should!  Like saying yes to sketchy interviews.

• Do you look up to anyone at all?
  My dad I guess.  After everything he went through to give Callie and I a good life after my mom died.  He has done so much for us and really opened my eyes to the Simworld.  I’ve seen and learned so much that I know has shaped my own views about so many important subjects.  I’m grateful for all he has done for me.

• Are you straight, gay or bisexual?
  You know there are laws against asking that question.  But just so you know, I choose girls.

• Do you go to school?
  I was home schooled and I just graduated three months ago.

• Ever want to marry and have kids one day?
  Well, after I get over being 18 and all that entails, I may give it some thought.  I still have so many other things I want to do in this life first.
  
• Do you have fangirls/fanboys?
  That stuff is not important to me.  If you want to get to know me at all, then join me on some picket lines or marches for a good cause.  There are so many injustices in the world, where everyone could better place their energy towards!

• What are you most afraid of?
  Never thought I was scared of anything before sharks.  But I’m more wary than scared.  I don’t know really.  I haven’t fully traveled my highway of life yet.  Perhaps I will find my fear.

• What do you usually wear?
  Boat shoes, my martial arts uniform, shorts and t-shirts.  I prefer comfort over style.  Mostly because I spent the last two years on a boat meeting strangers I would never see again. I do however,  look super good in a suit too!

• What’s one food that tempts you?
  Pie! (laughs out loud)  This is going to sound weird, but anything with tomatoes.  I don’t know why so don’t ask.  I know my mom craved them while she was pregnant with me.  Perhaps that is why.  So fresh tomatoes, pasta sauce, lasagna, ravioli….. you name it.  Oh, pizza with extra sauce!!!  Mmmmm.  Anyone feel like a pizza right now?  I can make a call.

• Am I annoying you?
  Yes you are.  I think you may need some time to learn how to do proper interviews and stop wasting a Sim’s time.

  *grimaces*

• What class are you (low class, middle class, high class)?
  Do you know how many wars could be stopped if we all just believed we are equal in every way?  If you want to know how rich or poor my family is financially, you can access public records.  Then, please also research what we do with our time and money and decide for yourself.

• How many friends do you have? Is it the amount of friends really?  Or the quality?  One could be as great as ten, if that one person were to lift you up and be the friend you’ve always wanted.  But to answer your question: Since I left highschool, I have two great friends.  My sister and Jade.  I guess my dad too really, but it feels weird calling your dad a friend.  We get along like friends though.  What would you say?

• What are your thoughts on pie?
  Depends what kind really.  I don’t like to think about pie really as I’ve had some pretty hot dreams around pie lately.

• Favorite drink?
  Bubble tea

• What’s your favorite place?
  China. I love the culture and of course, the marital arts!

• Are you interested in anyone?
  Since this is the third question around my personal romance status, I’m starting to wonder if a certain someone paid you to interview me?  Like Jin perhaps?  Fine then…..Still happy being single…like I said at the beginning of this interview.  I may like someone, perhaps,  but I am choosing not to tell you. (laughs)

  So many responses running around in my head right now.

• Would you rather swim in a lake or the ocean?
  Before we spent two years traveling in our boat, I would have said lake.  But now…there is just something about the ocean!  So much to explore and discover.

• What’s your type?
  I’m an introvert.  No really, I am.
  *
• Any fetishes?
  Like, do I have a secret love of feet or something weird like that?  Uhhh, no.
  But I am a guy, so I do like certain things about girls.  I mean, what straight guy doesn’t?

• Camping or indoors?
  Both, for so many different reasons for each.
