The first floor has a living room with fireplace, dining room with sitting area and fireplace, library, kitchen, master bed and bath.
The second floor has four bedrooms (1 nursery, 1 teen girl room, 1 guest bedroom, 1 young child) laundry room, 2 bathrooms
The outdoor has a pool, hot tub, large patio area with dining table, outdoor kitchen, swing for children.
The lot has a garage for one car with a basement man cave with only a pool table currently.
