Story Update From Me

Screenshot-76Hello all my wonderful readers and friends!  Just wanted to give you an update on what will be happening with the story so you will understand what is going on.

It’s been a lot of fun writing this story for you, and no I am not quitting so don’t worry. However, since many of you have spoken up (more than once I might add) about wanting to get to those D.N.A. results, I’ve decided to knock off the whole last chunk of the story to get you there.  What does that mean?  It means I have had to come up with a slightly alternative story for Jin and his friends around him.  Shorten and re arrange things a bit so to speak to make it all work.  Everything is intertwined, you will see.  I wasn’t dragging it out to drive you crazy I promise!  Truth be told, for the story I wanted to tell, I could have kept Jin in MV for two years more than I had planned!  I wasn’t going to, but I could have!

Now, in shortening the story I have to go back to regular EA timelines.  For example Maya’s pregnancy was regular human time with 9 months before we had Jade, but with Cameron we will have a much shorter pregnancy to fit it into the story.  Also the children will grow faster, but I have covered that in the story with a good explanation-I hope.  All I am saying is, to get you where you want to be I need you to give me just a little leeway in the story so it will still make sense in its shortened manner.  But my readers are so awesome, I have no worries in that regard.  Just giving you a heads up so everything makes sense.

However-before we start all that though, we must check in with Sun and see how she has been faring on the island alone with Jade and Sophie.  So look for that chapter coming soon!

Finally, summer is on its way which means more time AND less time for me all at the same…uh time.  So, I can’t say if chapters will come on a regular schedule or if I will need the summer off.  I do still have two young children at home, as well as a twenty year old who is desperately trying to find housing for her second year of college.  That of course means lots of travel and the city she attends school is two hours away, so you can just imagine.  Especially since so many housing units are completely sketchy to say the LEAST!  Anyway I don’t want to disappoint my wonderful readers and friends, however family ultimately will always come first.  In the meantime, I have two weeks till school is out and so I shall work my little heart out to get done what I can for you in the hours I have available to do so.

But first, I need a cup of tea before I start.  Happy simming to you all!
